We are looking for an ambitious person to take on the new role of International HR Manager Retail. In your position you will be responsible for HR for the Retail part of the organisation, the contact person for all HR related questions from the retail staff across Europe and the connection between headoffice and the shops for HR related projects. Your job
  • To be responsible for HR for the Retail part in Europe and all the shops
  • Assist and coach Retail staff
  • Make sure all processes are followed and implement plans for improving processes and level of service.  
  • Offer Store Managers support on HR related questions.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment for the stores
  • Work closely with other departents and will work closely with the HR director (who you will also report into)
 
Your profile
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience / experience as Senior HR advisor /  HR Manager in Retail, hands-on mentality
  • Great communication skills and peoples person
  • Used to working in an international environment and traveling internationally
  • You know what it means to be an international HR Manager (different countries, different cultures, different stakeholders)
  • Motivated and eager to work for a sustainable company (ad this in your motivation)
  • Available full-time, you already live in The Netherlands and are eligible to work here. Unfortunately we can't offer any help with arranging any type of visa.
  • Flexible mind-set
  • Full-time available
It's a plus if you're available on short term. Experience in retail is a hard criteria. This is a permanent position (not a freelance possibility)
